Boulder Opal is hands down one of my absolute favorite gemstones.  I just can't get over the fact that it comes out of the earth.  This is natural beauty at it's finest. This one you can almost see into the stone and it has beautiful colors and shades of brown.

The pendant itself is approximately 1.4" tall
